Reservation Management
All travel experiences and vacations, booked by us, include reservation management. This consists of our representative managing changes in reservations and informing the primary traveler of the changes.
Additionally, for travel services booked through Awaken Your Soul Travels, LLC, we will provide support with your airline, hotel/resort or tour operators, at any time, as needed.
Personalized Travel Itinerary
An electronic itinerary may available via mobile app for an additional fee. It can be available offline, should your destination not have service, have poor service or if you do not plan to use your service provider while traveling.

2022 SERVICE FEES
RESEARCH & BOOKING (R & B) FEES
Detailed research to provide proposed travel experiences, based on your desired specifications. These fees are non-refundable, as they serve as compensation for services rendered as agreed upon.
Standard Research Fee
from $60.00
Includes 2 options in your initial travel proposal and 1 additional option after adjustments, for up to 8 travelers.
Options include more-common destinations, accommodations, or excursions.
$20.00 of this fee may be applied to package after deposit, if booked within 4 days of final quote.
Group Research Fee
from $100.00
For groups of 9 or more people. Includes 2 options in your initial travel proposal and up to 2 additional options after adjustments.
Options include more-common destinations, accommodations, or excursions.
$30.00 of this fee may be applied to the lead traveler after deposit, if booked within 5 days of final quote.
Custom Travel Research Fee
from $100.00
Includes 2 options in your initial travel proposal and 1 additional option after adjustments, for up to 8 travelers.
Options include more-common destinations, accommodations, or excursions.
$20.00 of this fee may be applied to package after deposit, if booked within 4 days of final quote.

Includes 3 hotel package options, obtaining room block and managing reservations through first day of check-in. We will provide periodic updates to the group’s point of contact, as agreed upon. Fees vary based on number of rooms in the block. A minimum of 10 rooms required.
